How it works

Our digital client engagement tools are individual journeys that solve a specific customer problem. We can embed those in your website alongside your text - for example by putting a pension accumulation calculator next to content that explains the value of saving for a pension.

We can also connect those individual journeys up. So, for example, each journey could end with a 'next best action' menu page that tells your customer what they should do next, or at a hub page that shows them all of the options available to them.

We know that different customers have different needs, and so have made our journeys configurable and personalisable so that each customer feels recognised and supported by you.

As with all Focus software, our client engagement journeys are connected to our market-leading data model through the Focus API, so that all data captured can be re-used across your digital estate.
